The dispute resolution, security, and monitoring system ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ is the latest generation of banking software solutions. In 2023, the program has been updated with significant changes, including 6 releases with over 20 enhanced features.
These functionalities include web-based tools, syncing files between ATMs and server, integrating with Teltonika GPS trackers, receiving event notifications via messengers, and creating flexible analytical reports.
Raman Bahan, ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ Product Manager, and Siarhei Kraiko, Head of Software Product Development Department at BS/2, shared these insights during a strategic session in Vilnius.
The Strategy Session is an annual event for employees of the Penki Kontinentai Group, which includes BS/2, ASHBURN International, and PKKC (Penkių kontinentų komunikacijų centras). The forum was attended by representatives from headquarters in Lithuania and key employees from seven BS/2 subsidiaries in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Latvia, and Estonia.
At the forum, participants learned about BS/2 software solutions for successful local market promotion and exchanged experiences with colleagues from other countries.

Integration with Teltonika GPS Trackers
BS/2 specialists continue to enhance ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ software, tailoring it to customer needs. In December 2023, our team integrated ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ with Teltonika’s solutions. Teltonika’s GPS trackers provide real-time monitoring of ATMs and send notifications, even when the device is inactive. These trackers include GPS and GSM modules for data transfer.
The solution is compatible with shock, drill, gas, and temperature sensors in ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ. Criminals who disconnect or attempt to break into an ATM will instantly trigger an alarm, even if the ATM is not running. Notifications can be received via email and Telegram.
Siarhei Kraiko, Head of Software Product Development Department at BS/2:
Tracking the device’s location is one of our customers’ requests. With GPS trackers, banks can always determine the current location of their ATMs. When customers manage a large ATM fleet, rotating between locations is a regular practice. Approximately a dozen devices might switch from one location to another every day. ATM spots can be tracked with GPS trackers in real time. In the future, the ATM route can also be viewed on a map.
Participation in Pilot Projects
ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ has been installed on more than 100,000 devices worldwide. Since the latest release, financial institutions have bought about 1,500 ATMeye.iQ New Generation licenses.
Over the past six months, ATMs in Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Iraq, and Lithuania have joined the system. Initially, banks are introduced to ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ through a pilot project. Free access to the full version of the system will be available for several months. During this time, customers can evaluate the product’s advantages and determine whether it meets their needs.
Benefits for Banks from Pilot Projects:
- Free testing before purchase
- One-hour deployment of the solution on the server
- Access to the latest software version
- Seamless integration into the bank’s ecosystem
- Providing support throughout product implementation
- Employee training
One of the successful pilot projects of ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ was completed in 2023. XalqBank in Azerbaijan implemented this program on its devices. The partnership began with a few ATMs connected. Following six months of productive collaboration, this number grew to 100 units.
Raman Bahan, ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ Product Manager:
Almost 100% of pilot projects succeed in the purchase of a software solution. Before signing the contract, the customer receives a full overview of the program’s features. Participation in a pilot project involves getting hands-on experience with the software in a specific company. Sometimes, our partners come up with original ideas themselves. We describe this approach as bottom-up. We not only share ideas but also listen to customers’ preferences.
