Updated ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ Introduced at IBF 2025: A New Level of Control and Security for Self-Service Devices

BS/2 has unveiled the updated version of its ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ software solution designed to enhance the security of ATMs and self-service terminals, monitor their operational status, and enable rapid incident response. The new version debuted on November 19–20 in Baku during the 9th International Banking Forum (IBF 2025)—one of the region’s key platforms for discussing digital transformation, cybersecurity, and the future of self-service technologies.

The key improvements in ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ are the result of close collaboration with partners and users. BS/2 continues to expand the software’s functionality in line with the real needs of banks and service companies seeking to improve infrastructure manageability and strengthen control over their self-service device networks.

The updated ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ integrates photo and video capture, security and technical event logging, device status monitoring, and data analytics into a single platform. Enhanced synchronization mechanisms, upgraded administration tools, and an optimized server architecture deliver greater system stability and allow operators to respond to incidents more quickly. During the presentation, BS/2 experts demonstrated how the redesigned interface helps operators monitor device status in real time, work with dashboards, analyze transaction context, and perform remote service actions—from instant snapshot generation to log viewing and core restarts.

From a security perspective, the system proves to be a reliable tool for detecting and investigating incidents. ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ captures sensor alerts, attempts to block or damage the camera, and a wide range of technical events related to device operation. All information is visualized as reports, charts, and tables, simplifying infrastructure status assessment and enabling specialists to make well-informed decisions. A particularly valuable feature for forum attendees was the system’s ability to automatically link events to corresponding photo and video materials, providing a complete picture of the incident and supporting more accurate root-cause analysis.

Special attention was given to the enhanced remote management tools. The updated remote file manager allows operators to navigate device directory structures, manage files, analyze logs, and monitor storage capacity. Improved synchronization and expanded reporting capabilities make service operations faster and more efficient, especially for large distributed networks of ATMs and payment terminals.

Commenting on the product update, BS/2 Head of Product Development Sergey Kraiko emphasized that the evolution of ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ is directly driven by the needs of banks and service organizations:

“The updated version of ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ enables banks to access more detailed and structured information about ongoing events and respond more rapidly to changes in device status. We see that our clients value not only incident detection but also a clear understanding of context and consequences. That is why we integrate technical monitoring, data analytics, and security tools into a single solution that simplifies operator workflows and supports the development of a truly manageable self-service infrastructure.”
