Key Functional Updates in ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ Version 1.9.0

BS/2 specialists are constantly working to improve the functionality of the ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ system, taking into account the needs and requirements of customers. As part of this process, several important changes have been implemented in the software solution to improve the user experience. The main areas of focus include improving the usability of the interface, automating management processes, and synchronizing data between different systems.

Simplification of the user interface

The main change in the 1.9.0 update concerns the User Management and Device Management modules. Previously, a separate management approach was used for each product. In particular, User Management and Device Management in ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ and Payments.iQᴺᴳ were separate for each product.

In the new version of the products, the User Management and Device Management modules have been updated to be specific to ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ and the users within ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ. Instead of a large number of fields, the system now contains only those parameters that are necessary for efficient operation. This has greatly simplified the interface and made it more intuitive.

Ability to automatically manage users and devices through the API

Another update to ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ is the integration of an advanced API. Banks and other organizations can now automate the process of registering new employees, connecting ATMs and terminals, and updating user and device information. This eliminates the need for manual data entry, reduces the likelihood of errors when adding or editing information, and allows data to be kept up to date automatically.

Synchronization of data between different systems

The functionality upgrade also includes creating a unified approach to the user and device management process for customers running ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ and Payments.iQᴺᴳ simultaneously. Previously, administrators needed to enter information separately into each system. The new approach allows for instant synchronization of data between ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ and Payments.iQᴺᴳ. Adding a new ATM, registering an employee, or updating user information now happens in a single interface and is automatically reflected in all related systems.
